Amazing Service and Quality Machine

I had the opportunity to visit the showroom to see the reformers before making my purchase, and I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and outstanding service. Charlie took the time to go through each machine in detail, helping me choose the one that best suited my needs. I decided on the PP-06 model. Charlie delivered and set it up for me 2 days later. The reformer itself is of excellent quality — very sturdy and smooth, and a great design. It’s also so convenient to fold up and wheel away when not in use. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend both the product to anyone considering a reformer. PP-06 Reformer

I purchased the PP-06 reformer and absolutely love it! It was been so easy to use and set up was a breeze after removing the reformer from the shipping crate. I love being able to walk into the spare room and do my reformer exercises whenever I want.

Charlie was great to deal with, especially when I had many questions regarding delivery as we live on a hill. I didn’t have to worry as the delivery guy was awesome and dropped the reformer off in our garage so we simply had to unbox and roll the reformer into the house.

I am really happy with my purchase as the reformer is amazing quality. I was worried being foldable that you would notice the 'fold/bend' when you roll over with the carriage bend but it's so smooth and completely unnoticeable. The reformer comes with a few extras such as the jump board, sitting box and Pilates ring and ball. I haven't used these yet but I certainly will in the future.

Amazing Customer Service and High Quality Product

From my initial enquiry to delivery, the purchase of my reformer was an example of the best customer service one could experience.
Charlie assisted me in selecting a model that would best suit me and arranged transport.
Delivery was 10 days from when I pressed go and this included 4 days over Easter, which is very impressive considering I live in regional WA.
The delivery company were great, calling me just before arrival, arrived at the time they said they would and the driver was very friendly.
The set up was so simple, I had my reformer unpacked and doing my first exercise on it in no time.
The reformer itself is of a very high quality and has a very smooth operation.

How long does shipping take?

Provided your goods are in stock at the time of purchase your goods will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of placing your order. The delivery times may vary depending on where your order is being shipped to.

Times may be longer for people who live in TAS, WA and NT and in most cases delivery times to these states may take 4 to 7 business days to arrive once dispatched.
