- Complimentary Shipping to nearest freight depot for customers in Metro areas of VIC, SA, QLD, WA, NT, TAS (collect from depot). Once your order has been processed online, a Pilates Direct team member will contact you to organise shipping.

- Shipping direct to a residential / business address: If this is preferred, please contact email us at sales@pilatesdirect.com.au or call us on 02 7204 6900 to receive a residential shipping quote. This service will be a tailgate delivery (curb side drop off) and will be an additional cost.
*Complimentary shipping applies to purchases over $600 only. For purchases of smaller items and accessories, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

FAQs
How long does shipping take?
Provided your goods are in stock at the time of purchase your goods will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing your order. The delivery times may vary depending on the state you live in and how close to the capital cities you live.
In most cases you will receive your goods in 2 to 3 business days if you're located in NSW, ACT, VIC or QLD
Times may be longer for people who live in TAS, WA and NT and in most cases delivery times to these states may take 4 to 7 business days to arrive once dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?
Pilates Direct offers FREE Shipping to freight depots for items over $1,000. You will just be required to collect your order from a nearby freight depot. Simply select the PICK UP option at checkout and choose your nearest freight depot from the list. If you are having trouble finding a depot that is within a reasonable distance, please contact our store on 02 7204 6900.
Additional charges may apply for customers located in WA, NT and TAS for shipping their goods to a depot for collection.
If you're wanting your order shipped direct to your residential or business address, the price will be automatically calculated at checkout.
