If the reformer or additional accessories are damaged during your hire period, you will be liable for the equipment's loss, damage or destruction. If you have damaged the equipment, you will be expected to continue paying the rental price and notify us immediately. If repairable, you are responsible for restoring the equipment to usable condition.

In instances of total loss, you must notify us and pay the outstanding rent and casualty value, and ownership of the reformer will be transferred to you.
