Commercial Reformer Installation Service

Pilates Direct is Australian owned and operated. We supply commercial-grade reformers with delivery, installation and aftercare, so your studio fit-out is one booking, not a logistics project. Call our commercial enquiry team on 02 7204 6900 or visit our Sydney showroom to get started.

What does a commercial reformer installation involve?

One team from order to opening

A commercial reformer installation means the Pilates Direct team coordinates your equipment, delivery and setup together, so your floor plan and opening date are not left to chance. Instead of juggling suppliers and contractors, you deal with one Australian owned and operated business from the first enquiry through to aftercare.

Fitting out a studio involves more moving parts than a home purchase: several machines, tight timelines and a room that has to be ready for clients. We plan the equipment, delivery and installation as a single job.

How studio setup differs from home setup

Our site says a standard reformer sets up in under 15 minutes using the included instructions. That is framed for home use, where one person assembles one machine. It is not a benchmark for a multi-reformer studio.

Start with how you'll actually use it, then pick the reformer that fits your space. A studio floor plan has different needs to a spare room.

Larger units can carry installation charges

Bigger equipment takes more time and care to put in place. Installation charges may apply for trapeze and Cadillac models because of their larger size and longer install time. We would rather you know that when planning your fit-out than find out on the day.

Equipment we install for studios

For studio fit-outs, the Pilates Direct team supplies commercial-grade reformers and handles delivery and installation. Three models cover the needs of a typical studio, and each one is set up and checked before your first class.

The MP-03 Commercial Reformer is built from Canadian maplewood, with a slightly higher floor-to-carriage height and a wider frame than the MP-01. Its bundle includes a large sitting box, jumpboard, padded and grip-texture standing platforms, footstrap, ropes and handstraps.

The PP-09 pairs a beechwood frame with studio-standard springs and reinforced rails for consistent resistance.

The MP-01 gives a smooth carriage ride, with multiple stopper holes along the frame to extend or limit the range of motion.

What a studio fit-out with us includes

A fit-out with the Pilates Direct team covers the equipment, the delivery and installation, and the support after your studio opens. Here is what you get.

  • Commercial-grade reformers chosen for studio use, with studio-standard springs and reinforced rails.
  • Equipment beyond reformers, including chairs, barrels and trapeze tables, so one supplier can cover the whole floor.
  • Delivery to your address, with large items signed for on arrival.
  • Assembly and installation by our team. Trapeze and Cadillac models may carry an installation charge because of their size and longer install time.
  • Aftercare and customer service once your studio is running.
  • Try before you buy at our Sydney showroom, so you can test equipment firsthand.
  • Bundle limit: bundle deals are one per customer. For multiple reformers, our commercial team on 02 7204 6900 will quote the fit-out directly.

What should you sort out before install day?

Make sure someone can receive the delivery and sign for it, and that the delivery point is ready for a truck. Standard delivery to a residential or business address is curbside via truck tailgate, so your studio team needs a plan for moving the equipment inside.

Large items must be signed for, and there is no authority to leave goods at the door. If a delivery is missed, the depot holds it for only 5 days before returning it to sender, and collection from the depot is at the buyer's cost.

Some packages, such as the Studio Reformer Package and Half Trapeze Reformer Package, cannot ship curbside to a residential address. Depot shipping is available, or contractor delivery can be arranged at extra cost.

Tell the Pilates Direct team your delivery address type early, so the right option is locked in before install day.

Common questions about commercial reformer installation

Is installation included with a commercial order?

Delivery, installation and aftercare support are part of what the Pilates Direct team offers studios. Installation charges may apply for larger models such as trapeze and Cadillac units. Ask the commercial team to confirm what applies to your equipment.

Who do I call about a multi-reformer order?

Call the commercial enquiry team on 02 7204 6900. Larger quantities for a studio fit-out are handled directly by the team, since bundle deals are limited to one per customer.

Can I try a reformer before I buy?

Yes. Our Sydney showroom lets you test equipment in person before choosing for your studio. It's worth bringing your instructors so they can feel the difference between models.

Do home and commercial reformers differ?

They can. The PP-09, for example, uses studio-standard springs and reinforced rails. The under-15-minute setup on our collection page is framed for home use, not studio installs.

Does my studio need to be ready for delivery?

A little preparation helps. Large items are delivered curbside by tailgate and must be signed for, so plan for access and people on site. The section above covers the details.

Does anyone check my form once the reformers are in?

Installation gets the equipment ready, but proper form and qualified instruction still matter for every exercise. Anyone returning from injury should get clearance from a physiotherapist or doctor first.
