How does reformer delivery work in Sydney?
Door-to-door delivery on online orders
A reformer is long, heavy and awkward to move, so you shouldn't have to work out how to get it home yourself. When you order online, we deliver your pilates bed to your door, with a few affordable delivery options to choose from.
We talk through setup with you as part of the order, so you know what to expect before it arrives, whether it's going into a spare room or a studio.
Support that carries on after it arrives
Many buyers worry about choosing the wrong machine or ending up with something that sits unused. We'd rather help you choose well than rush a sale, which includes talking through which reformer suits your space and how you plan to use it.
Aftercare is part of the deal, so you can come back to us with questions once it's in place. Whatever you buy, proper form and qualified instruction matter, and an instructor can show you how to use it safely.

See a reformer in person before it arrives
If you're in Sydney, you can see reformers, barrels and trapeze tables at our Castle Hill showroom, then arrange delivery once you've chosen. Online buyers can skip the visit and have their order delivered door to door.
We've sourced a wide range of Pilates equipment for Sydney and surrounds, so you can compare models side by side and talk through setup for your home or studio before anything is booked in.

How each type of reformer reaches you depends on whether you're buying new, buying used or hiring.
- New reformers: delivered door to door on online orders, with setup options to talk through before it arrives.
- Ex-demo packages: our ex-demo reformer and jump board packages are for local customers, with Greater Sydney delivery or pickup only.
- Second-hand Aero Pilates XP610: fully serviced, with Australia-wide delivery or pickup from our Castle Hill showroom. Allow a 3 to 4 week ETA on the second-hand XP610.
- Hire reformers: delivered to homes across Greater Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle and the Central Coast, with free pickup from Castle Hill also available.
Can I hire a reformer before I buy one?
Yes. We hire out foldable home-use reformers across Sydney and a 150km radius, so you can practise at home before you commit to buying. Browse the rental reformers collection to see what's available.
What hiring involves
- Minimum hire of 12 weeks at $39 per week
- $300 refundable deposit
- Free pickup from our Castle Hill store, or delivery to Greater Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle and the Central Coast
- Two months of free access to the Pilates Project OnDemand App
The hirer is liable for loss, damage or destruction of the reformer or accessories during the hire period, so it's worth reading the terms before you sign up.
Moving from hire to purchase
If you decide to keep going, our payment plans on reformer beds make it easy to move from hire to buying. A foldable reformer suits home use because it stores away between sessions.

Reformer delivery FAQs
How long does second-hand reformer delivery take?
Second-hand Aero Pilates XP610 reformers have a delivery ETA of 3 to 4 weeks. They are fully serviced and come with a 1 month warranty. You can also collect from our Castle Hill showroom.
Can I get a reformer outside Sydney?
Yes. Customers outside the Sydney region can buy reformers with nationwide delivery, including foldable models similar to our hire units. Hire reformers are delivered across Greater Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle and the Central Coast.
Is stock always available?
Not always. Our second-hand stock changes constantly, so please check availability with our team before you plan around a particular model.
Are demo units exactly as pictured?
Pictured demo units are illustrative, so condition may vary slightly from the photos. Ex-demo packages are offered to local customers only, with Greater Sydney delivery or pickup. You can also see equipment in person at the showroom.
