Small or large sitting box: which suits you?

The small sitting box measures 70x40x30 cm. It is EVA padded, covered in nautical synthetic leather with a stitched seam for strength, and is compact and light enough to store easily.
The large sitting box measures 71x44x25 cm. It is made from specialty EVA foam that resists deforming during use, and the extra surface area suits kneeling and standing series where you want more stability.

How much space does a sitting box need?
Very little beyond your reformer. The small box (70x40x30 cm) is compact, lightweight and easy to store, while the large box (71x44x25 cm) takes a little more room. Allow space around the reformer for getting on and off.
Is it suitable for low-impact use at home?
