Studio Equipment Installation
Studio equipment installation that gets your Pilates space ready to teach
We deliver and install reformers and studio equipment for studios, physio clinics and gyms across Greater Sydney. One Australian owned team looks after the fit-out from delivery day through to aftercare support. Call us to talk through your space.

Starting with advice on your space
Studio equipment installation means we look after the job from the first conversation to the day your gear is ready to use. If you've never fitted out a studio before, that's the part that feels daunting, so we start by talking through your room, your class size and what you plan to teach.
That advice shapes what we recommend, whether that's a single studio reformer or a full set of reformers and studio equipment.
Delivery, assembly and commissioning
Delivery and installation is available across the Greater Sydney Region, and we book a time that suits your opening plans. Most Pilates equipment arrives needing some assembly, from bolting frames together to fitting springs and straps. Our team does that for you.
We then set the machine up for use. On the Motion Pilates frame, for example, that includes positioning the carriage stoppers along the rail holes and checking the footbar and springbar adjust smoothly. Shipping is nationwide, but installation is a Greater Sydney service.
Start with how you'll actually use the equipment, then pick what fits your space and budget. Getting that right before delivery day makes installation far smoother.

Checks at handover
Before we leave, we run through the equipment with you so you know how each adjustment works. Proper form and qualified instruction matter on every piece, from a reformer bed to a tower, so we'd always encourage your instructors to be involved at this stage.
Aftercare support continues once we've gone, so you have a team to call if something needs a second look.
Planning your layout before delivery day
A sound way to plan a layout is to walk it with us before anything is ordered. At our Sydney showroom you can try reformers and studio equipment before you commit, then talk through your floor plan with an Australian owned team who have worked on 500 studio, physio and gym fitouts.
Bring your room measurements and class size. We'll work through the footprint of each reformer, the extra space instructors need for adjustments, and clear pathways so clients can move between exercises without interrupting the class.
We'll also look at spacing around barrels and chairs, where lateral movement is common, and plan access around how your instructors actually teach.
What to check before we arrive
A few checks before delivery day mean we can get straight into assembly and set-up. Here's what to have sorted.
- Wall fixing and front clearance for a trapeze tower. A wall-mounted tower needs a secure fixing point and open floor in front for full arm and leg extension during spring-resisted exercises.
- Placement for ladder barrels and wunda chairs. Both are fairly compact and can sit in a corner or spare room, but leave room beside them for lateral movement and instructor access.
- Tools and time for assembly. Allow enough time in the schedule and a clear working area, since most equipment needs bolting, spring fitting and strap attachment.
- Accessories to decide on. Settle on rings, hand straps, ropes and balls before the layout is finalised, so we can plan around them.
- Warranty terms for commercial use. Coverage often differs between residential and commercial use, so confirm what applies to your studio before you buy.
- Who will teach. Plan who will instruct and supervise from day one, so they can be at the handover.
Why commercial-grade equipment matters for a working studio
A working studio needs equipment built for all-day use: heavier-duty frames, higher weight capacities and upholstery rated for constant traffic. Home-grade gear is designed for a few sessions a week, so it wears faster once classes start.
The PP-09 Reformer Package shows what a studio reformer looks like in practice. It uses commercial-grade parts, studio-standard springs and reinforced rails to give consistent resistance in a slim line frame.
Budgeting for commercial-grade equipment from the start usually costs less than replacing home-grade gear once your timetable fills.

Studio installation questions we get asked
How far ahead should we book installation?
Earlier is easier, particularly if you're working to an opening date. Call the store on 02 7204 6900 with your target date and we'll tell you what's realistic for the equipment you've chosen.
Can you install in an existing or tight space?
Often, yes. Send us your floor dimensions and a few photos so we can check clearances before delivery day. A wall-mounted trapeze tower needs secure wall fixing and room in front, while ladder barrels and wunda chairs are compact.
What if something needs attention after set-up?
Contact us and we'll work through it with you. Aftercare support is part of the service.
Is home equipment installed the same way as studio equipment?
The basic steps are similar: assembly, then adjustments such as carriage stoppers, footbar and springbar settings. Studios usually involve more pieces, tighter spacing and commercial-grade frames, so we plan the job around your layout. Installation is available across Greater Sydney, while shipping is nationwide.
Does rent-to-own affect installation?
Ask us when you enquire, as the details depend on the equipment and the arrangement. We'll confirm what's included for your order, and our rent-to-own and payment plan options are explained on their own pages.
