We aim to dispatch Kauffer Pilates equipment within one to two business days, as long as they're in stock at the time of your purchase.

If you're in NSW, ACT, VIC or QLD, expect to get your order within two to three business days. For those who live in TAS, WA and NT, orders may arrive within four to seven business days. We know waiting can be tough, but we promise it's worth it! 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. For orders over $1,000, we offer free shipping to freight depots. Select the PICK UP option at checkout and choose a nearby freight depot. Then, just swing by to collect your order hassle-free! Don’t forget to bring a copy of your invoice when collecting your item.

We apologise for any inconvenience and will swiftly resolve the issue. Please request a return at admin@pilatesdirect.com.au within 30 days of receiving your item. 


If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on where and how to send your package. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Yes. Warranty defect claims must be made by the original purchaser, and proof of purchase is required. 

Please refer to the respective warranty durations for each category:

  • Wooden Frame, Wooden Carriage Rails, Aluminium Frame, Aluminium Carriage Rails, Equipment Frames — Two years
  • Springbar and Footbar Parts, Fittings, and Accessories (Springs, Straps & Ropes) — One year
  • Reformer and Equipment Upholstery — 120 days
  • All Other Reformer Components and Accessories — One year
