The Cadillac, ready to ship

The Cadillac table is the Cadillac Pilates table we have in stock now. It's a standalone trapeze table, so it works as its own apparatus in a home or studio.

The structure is stainless steel with cast steel joints, built for strength and durability. The wood is knot-free and reforested, finished in a satin matte varnish that resists moisture and scratches.

The result is a frame that looks refined and is made to hold up to regular use.

What you get with a standalone Cadillac table

An apparatus that stands on its own

A Cadillac table is a complete, independent piece of equipment. It has its own raised padded table surface and a full overhead frame, so it does not need a reformer base to work. That is what separates a cadillac pilates setup from other apparatus, and why studios and clinics often run dedicated Cadillac sessions alongside their reformer bed classes.

The frame and attachments

Most models include a push-through bar, roll-down bar, arm springs, leg springs, trapeze bar and push-down bar. Each supports a different series of exercises, from supported stretching to hanging work. Build quality matters because everything loads through the frame. One model pairs a stainless steel structure and cast steel joints with knot-free reforested wood. Pioneer's version adds a stainless steel trapeze tower with 16 carabine attachment points.

How the springs differ from a reformer

A reformer's springs pull horizontally along the carriage. A Cadillac's springs work vertically and at angles, which changes how resistance meets the body. Arm springs are lighter, suited to upper body and standing work. Leg springs are heavier, used for lower body work and assisted stretching.

A Cadillac complements reformer training rather than replacing it. Think about the sessions you want to run, then choose the apparatus that fits that plan.

Pilates Direct Team, Pilates Reformer & Equipment Specialists

As with any apparatus, proper form and qualified instruction matter, especially on the hanging and spring-assisted exercises, so we'd always suggest training with a certified instructor.

Who a Cadillac table suits

A Cadillac table suits intermediate to advanced practitioners and the people who train or treat them. These are the buyers we see most:

  • Professional Pilates studios running dedicated apparatus sessions separate from reformer classes.
  • Physio clinics that use a Cadillac for clinical rehabilitation work, under the direction of a qualified practitioner.
  • Teacher training facilities that need a full overhead frame for instruction.
  • Serious home practitioners with enough floor space and ceiling height.
  • Anyone adding to reformer training.
  • Anyone with an injury should get clearance from a physiotherapist or doctor first.

Will a Cadillac fit in your space?

The space a Cadillac needs

A standalone Cadillac table takes up roughly 240cm x 80cm of floor space and needs 220cm or more of overhead clearance for hanging trapeze bar work. Measure your ceiling height before you buy, not just the floor area. Allow a little extra room around the table so you and your instructor can move freely.

If your ceiling is standard height

Many home studios sit under a standard ceiling, where a full overhead frame can be a tight squeeze. In that case a half trapeze reformer is often the more practical choice, giving you a trapeze element without the full tower height. If you're not sure which side of the line your room falls on, tell us your measurements and we'll talk it through with you.

Another full-trapeze option

If you have the height and want a different configuration, the Pioneer Cadillac table has a stainless steel full trapeze tower with 16 carabine attachment points. It suits both commercial studios and home users.

Common questions about buying a Cadillac table

Is the Cadillac table in stock now?

Yes. The Cadillac is currently listed as now in stock. Availability can change, so check the product page or ask our team to confirm before you plan an install date.

How much space and ceiling height do I need?

Allow roughly 240cm x 80cm of floor space and 220cm or more of overhead clearance for hanging trapeze bar exercises. If your ceiling is standard height, a half trapeze reformer may suit better.

Do I need a reformer as well?

No. A standalone Cadillac has its own raised padded table and full overhead frame, so it doesn't need a reformer base. It's designed to complement reformer training rather than replace it.

Is it suitable for home use or just studios?

Both. Studios, physio clinics and teacher training facilities use them most, and the table suits intermediate to advanced practitioners. Serious home users with enough space and ceiling height can use one too.

Do you deliver and install?

Yes. We offer delivery, installation and aftercare support for home and commercial buyers. For studio fit-outs, call us to discuss a commercial package.

What if I have an injury or health condition?

Please check with your physiotherapist or doctor for clearance before using a Cadillac table. We can talk through the equipment, but we can't advise on whether it's right for your body.
