Depot pickup suits buyers with a suitable vehicle and a second person to help, and it can save a meaningful amount on shipping. Direct delivery is a $150 flat rate to a residential or business address, chosen at checkout, with a tailgate (curbside) drop-off. Larger Cadillac models and regional locations may attract extra charges, which the next section breaks down.

What delivery costs depend on

• WA, NT and TAS customers may pay additional depot shipping charges.

• Direct delivery to a residential or business address is a $150 flat rate, chosen at checkout. Regional or rural locations may incur additional fees.
• Larger Cadillac models may carry additional delivery and installation charges because of their size and installation time.
• Collecting from the depot yourself can save hundreds of dollars in shipping, as long as you bring a suitable vehicle and a second person.

Collecting from a freight depot

How depot collection works

Your new Cadillac table travels crated to a freight depot close to you, such as TNT, TOLL or Border Express, and you collect it from there. For many buyers it is a cost-effective route.

What to bring on the day

A Cadillac crate is large and heavy, so plan the pickup before you arrive:

• A ute, van or trailer sized for the crate
• A flat-head screwdriver, pliers and a hammer to open the crate tabs
• A second able-bodied person, as a forklift may not be available

Collect it promptly

The depot is not required to contact you when your freight lands, so keep an eye on your tracking and collect as soon as it arrives. Whichever Cadillac you choose, such as the Pioneer Pilates Cadillac table, follow proper assembly and use only with qualified instruction.

What happens when it's delivered to your door?

Direct delivery is a curbside tailgate drop-off. The truck brings your crated Cadillac table to your address, and the driver unloads it at the kerb. Because of its value, it won't be left at the door, so someone needs to be home to receive it. Tracking the consignment helps you be ready for the delivery window. Unpacking and placement inside your home or studio aren't part of the service. Plan for a second able-bodied person and a clear path from the kerb to the room, as the crate is heavy and awkward to move. If you miss the delivery, the goods go to a local depot, and you'll need to collect them at your own cost. The depot holds them for only 5 days before returning them to sender, and redelivery is charged to you. Changing the address after dispatch also incurs a re-booking fee.

Ex-demo and used models are limited to Greater Sydney pickup or delivery, and they come with a 1 month warranty. This applies to demo stock only, not new equipment, which still ships Australia wide.
