Pilates Reformer Machine Next Day Dispatch
Pilates reformer machines with fast dispatch from Pilates Direct
We're an Australian owned and operated supplier of premium reformers for your home or studio. In-stock reformers are aimed to dispatch within 1 to 2 business days, so you're not left waiting long.

What does next day dispatch really mean for a reformer?
For us, it means we aim to dispatch in-stock reformers within one to two business days of your order. That is quick, but it is not strictly next day, and it only applies when the item is in stock at the time you buy.
Dispatch and arrival are two different things. Dispatch is when your order leaves us. Arrival depends on where you are, and we cover the typical windows by location below.
That timing matters when you have a room cleared at home or a studio opening date to meet. A pilates reformer machine that ships soon after you order makes it much easier to plan your install day around a real window.
We would rather give you an honest range than a promise we can't keep. Stock moves, so we check availability against your address before you commit.
Typical delivery times by location
For in-stock reformers, delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days to NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD, and 4 to 7 business days elsewhere. These are typical windows, not promises, and they run from dispatch.
- NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD: in-stock products ship as soon as 2 to 3 business days.
- Everywhere else in Australia: allow 4 to 7 business days for in-stock products.
- Depot delivery: if nobody is home during the day, you can ask for your order to be shipped to a depot.
- Second-hand and ex-demo: these follow a different timeline, covered in the next section.
Used and ex-demo reformers work to a different timeline
Second-hand stock is not a next day dispatch item
Used and ex-demo reformers do not follow the one to two business day dispatch window. Our second-hand Aero Pilates XP610 reformer has a delivery ETA of 3 to 4 weeks, with Australia-wide delivery or pickup from our Castle Hill showroom.
That unit is fully serviced before it goes out, and used and ex-demo reformers carry a 1 month warranty.
Stock changes constantly, so check before you plan
Second-hand availability moves quickly because each machine is a one-off. If you have your eye on a used pilates reformer machine, call the store first to confirm it is still available and what the timing looks like for your address.
Start with how you'll actually use it, then pick the reformer that fits your space and your budget. Used and demo stock can be a smart route if you can plan around the wait.

As with any reformer, proper form and qualified instruction matter. If you're coming back from an injury, check with your physiotherapist or doctor before you start.
See a reformer in person at our Sydney showroom
You can view and try machines at our Castle Hill showroom in Sydney, and buying online is just as straightforward if you'd rather skip the visit. Seeing a reformer in person helps you judge the size, the feel and how it fits your space. Our team can give tailored recommendations for a home or studio setup, from commercial-sized reformer beds to foldable machines that suit smaller rooms. Showroom pickup is also available for stock that's ready to collect.
What does a reformer cost, and can I spread the payments?
A pilates reformer machine typically costs from about $1,500 for a basic model up to around $6,000 for a more complex one, and we offer payment plans for home-studio reformers so you can spread the cost. Where a machine sits in that range depends on build, features and whether it suits home or studio use.
If you would like to live with a pilates bed before committing, we hire them in the Sydney region from $39 per week. Hire runs for a minimum of 12 weeks with a $300 refundable deposit, within a 150km radius of Sydney, and there is a payment-plan path from hire to purchase.
Used and ex-demo units are another way to lower the upfront cost, and we can talk you through the options for your space.
Questions we hear about reformer delivery
Will my reformer arrive the next day?
Usually not. For in-stock reformers we aim to dispatch within one to two business days, then delivery takes two to three business days to NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD.
How long does delivery take outside those states?
In-stock items generally take four to seven business days to other areas. You can also ship to a depot if that suits you better.
Is a used reformer available right now?
Second-hand stock changes constantly, so please call the store to confirm. The Aero Pilates XP610 has a delivery ETA of three to four weeks.
