Reformer Bed Delivery Australia Wide
Whether you're in Parramatta or Perth, a reformer reaches you in a wooden crate, with options to suit your address, your vehicle and your budget. Here is how it works outside the metro, what changes by state, and where setup help is included. Prefer to see one first? Our Castle Hill showroom lets you try before you buy.

Three ways a reformer reaches you
Every reformer ships in a wooden crate, and you choose the route at checkout: direct to your address, to a freight depot near you, or collected from our Castle Hill showroom. This page focuses on how those choices play out across states and regions. For the full terms, see our shipping and delivery page.
Direct to your address
Delivery to a home or business is a $150 flat rate, selectable at checkout. A truck brings the crate and unloads it curb side by tailgate. Regional and rural locations can attract additional fees.
Someone needs to be there to sign for it, ideally an adult over 18. Getting the crate inside safely is up to you.
Freight to a depot
In metro NSW, VIC, SA or QLD, we offer complimentary freight to a carrier depot close to you. You collect from there with a ute, van or trailer. WA, NT and TAS orders, and regional or rural depots, may cost extra.
Before you order, measure the doorway and the spot where the reformer will live, so delivery day is one less thing to worry about.

Delivery day checklist
A few simple things on your end keep the handover smooth.
- Tailgate and curb side unloading: The truck unloads at the curb, and you move the crate inside from there.
- Signature required: Someone needs to sign for the goods, ideally an adult over 18.
- Two capable people: The crate may need two physically capable people, so line up a helper beforehand.
- Nothing left at the door: Goods are not left unattended, so make sure someone is home during the delivery window.
Planning space and handling for your reformer
Measure the room and the route to it before your reformer arrives. Take the Motion Pilates metal folding reformer as an example: it is 235cm long, 58cm wide and 18cm high to the top of the carriage, and weighs approx. 60kg fully assembled.

It folds down to 158cm long, which helps if you plan to store it between sessions. Check doorways, hallways and stairs, and leave clear space around the frame when it is set up.
As with any equipment, proper form and qualified instruction matter once you start using it.
Could freight to a depot save you money?
Yes, it can. Large crated items like a reformer, Wunda chair or Cadillac table can be freighted to a carrier depot close to you, such as TNT, Toll or Border Express, instead of to your door. Skipping the direct-to-address charge can save you hundreds of dollars.
What to bring and how long we have
You collect the crate yourself, so you'll need a ute, van or trailer, plus a second person, as crates can be heavy and awkward. Plan how you'll lift and move it before you arrive.
Depots hold goods for only 5 days before returning them to sender. Check the depot's opening hours and collect promptly, because redelivery is at your cost.
Where depot freight may cost extra
Customers in WA, NT and TAS collect from a depot in their area, and additional depot shipping charges may apply. Regional and rural depots also cost extra. Our team can quote your location, so you know the figure before you decide between depot collection and delivery to your address.
Free delivery and installation in Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong
If you're in Sydney, Newcastle or Wollongong, we deliver and install your reformer at no charge, so it arrives set up and ready for a qualified instructor to guide you through safe use.
Trapeze and Cadillac models are larger and take longer to install, so these may attract extra delivery and installation charges. We'll confirm the details with you before you order.
For Greater Sydney customers, we also offer a more personalised delivery and installation service, so get in touch with the store to talk through what suits your space.
Reformer delivery questions we get asked
How long does delivery take for a second-hand reformer?
Allow 3-4 weeks for a second-hand Aero Pilates XP610 reformer, delivered Australia wide or collected from our Castle Hill showroom. Each unit is fully serviced and comes with a 1 month warranty.
Can every reformer be delivered to a home address?
Not every package. A few large crated packages can't ship to residential addresses because of crate size and freight restrictions. They can go to a depot, or we can arrange a contractor to deliver to your home at extra cost.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
Goods are signed for and never left at the door, so a missed delivery means collecting from the depot at your cost. Redelivery is also at your cost.
Can I change the address after my reformer has dispatched?
Yes, but a re-booking fee applies once an order has left us. If your plans might change, tell us before dispatch.
